Terms of Travel
Airport Express Bus will make every reasonable effort to provide a reliable and time critical service. It is the responsibility of the customer making the booking to ensure that they are ready to travel prior to the scheduled booking pick up time. Any delays at pick up will cause an unplanned travel delay that may impact on other customers via the overall service and daily schedule. Customers that are not ready at pick up may be offered a later service or VIP travel at an additional cost.
Airport Express Bus are not responsible for delays incurred in travelling to any destination. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that sufficient time is allowed in the travel schedule to allow for the incidental road and airport delays that can occur at any time.
Airport Express Bus reserve the right to cancel or alter any booking at any time. The customer will be advised of cancellation. Customers will be offered the opportunity to travel on a suitable alternate service. Liability will be limited to the Full Refund of the booking fee for the Cancelled Service.
Customers are responsible for their own Luggage and Personal and Valuable Items. All items travel with the customer in the same vehicle and Airport Express Bus accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage or misplacement of passenger luggage or personal and valuable items.
Airport Express Bus reserves the right to refuse travel to any passenger where its company representatives deem any passenger to be offensive, abusive, intoxicated or affected by drugs or other substances.
Limit of Liability
By using the booking function of this website you agree that you do this your own risk. You acknowledge that Airport Express Bus are not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.
Refund Policy
Airport Express Bus will provide a full refund if a booking is cancelled in writing the day before the scheduled pick up. Please use CONTACT US and request a refund stating your unique booking reference number. A booking cancelled on the same day of travel or at the point of pick up will receive an option or a voucher for a same service arrangement at an alternative agreed time. Where the service arrangements have commenced in regard to a booked service, no refund will be provided. Voucher bookings are able to be used to book services to the value paid on such voucher for a period of 12 months. Airport Express Bus will not provide any refund for bookings arranged through a third party or Travel Agent.
Privacy Policy
Airport Express Bus will only require information relating to your booking and the purpose of communications regarding the booking. You privacy is very important. In order to provide our service Airport Express Bus will collect, use and destroy booking information. Your privacy will be protected.
